I have just returned from the AWP Conference and am realizing that you and I must think alike! I attended great workshops on self care, vicarious trauma, mindfulness, and borderline personality disorder. They were all excellent! The next conference for the <a href="http://www.awpsych.org/" rel="nofollow">Association for Women in Psychology</a> is scheduled for March 2011 in Philadeplphia. The self care of myself is much needed as I work with clients during my last semester at school and prepare for graduation. I think self care is an important topic worthy of being addressed in the training of new counselors. Just reading the program activites gave me some ideas to care for myself this challenging semester. Also, I will see you at the CCA workshop on February 26th at the UNC Lowery campus. Brenda Tamara,
